My parents are members here, so I've been using guest passes every so often to go. Maybe I'm only going at off peak hours, but I've never had to wait to use the equipment I've needed (mostly weights). It has a very clean, modern feel. I can't speak to the cost since I'm freeloading right now.   I look forward to going back next time I'm in town. Great facility for a variety of ages/lifestyles.
